Gary Stapleton

Gary has been actively engaged in the real estate industry since December of 1976. He is our Senior Advisor and his experience and knowledge in the real estate industry cannot be overstated. He is a Professional Real Estate Genius, often taking creative ways to get the deals done for both Buyers and Sellers alike that no other agents would have ever been able to execute and finalize.

At the time when Gary commenced in 1976 with real estate sales and representation in this industry, Real Estate was a part time endeavor for which he later and currently became our highly respected Real Estate PRO.

Gary has a BS Degree in Horticulture from the National Agricultural College in Doylestown, PA and a MS degree in Entomology from the University of Wisconsin. He retired from teaching after 30 years as a Professor of Biology at Community College of Philadelphia. After retiring from teaching, Gary became a highly respected, full-time real estate professional; first with ARA Real Estate and then transferring his license to Accelerate Real Estate in 2012

Gary continues to sell real estate for Accelerate Real Estate, representing Buyers and Sellers, with the office located in Christiana Pennsylvania. His specialty is selling land and farms. He has the unique ability of creativity that many times is necessary in getting a deal from initial paperwork to the settlement table. He sells mainly in Southern Lancaster County and Western Chester County in Pennsylvania and Cecil County in Maryland. Many citizens of the area seek out Gary's expertise when looking for representation as either a Buyer or a Seller.

When Gary finds time away from his real estate passion, his interests include farming, riding and driving mules and volunteering at the horse camp in the Bighorn National Forest, Wyoming.
